- For over a decade, he served as a Strategic Operational Planner and has been a successful self-employed business owner for more than 15 years.
- Scott's career includes roles as a former investment advisor and Associate Vice President at Key Bank of Maine and as Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Medical Billing, Inc. in Norfolk, VA.
- Currently, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Trailhead Partners, Inc. in Colorado Springs, where he provides joint training to the Department of Defense and Federal Government.
- Scott's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his involvement with three family-owned retail start-up businesses that continue to thrive today.
Dan Brown, Consultant
- Dan Brown is another integral part of our team, bringing 35 years of dedicated service as a retired U.S. Army Officer.
- His background includes a role as a retail store manager for a leather goods outlet in Gatlinburg, TN, and as the former Director of Logistics for three United Moving Company franchises in Southwest VA.
- Dan's entrepreneurial journey led him to be a self-employed business owner of Blue Ridge Berry, where he focused on wholesale agriculture production and distribution.
- Currently, he is a consultant for Mission Delta 2 in Colorado Springs, contributing his expertise to joint training for the Department of Defense and Federal Government.
The Fourteeners
In addition to Scott and Dan, the driving forces behind Pioneer Pub, there's a diverse and enthusiastic team of 14 shareholders with minority ownership. They all share a deep appreciation for excellent beer and are wholeheartedly committed to the success of Pioneer Pub. This tight-knit group goes by the name "14ers." While some might think it's purely coincidental, the fact that Colorado boasts 58 mountain peaks over 14,000-feet may just add an extra touch of serendipity to their collective love for great brews.
